This metal roof in Orlando was beginning to show its age. The customer was doing their best to maintain this metal roof, but it was a constant maintenance problem. You see the thousands of screws backing out. They started by caulking them, but the laps were also coming apart. They had to install screws in the pans, but they caused additional leaks when the caulk began to harden. ACR1 installed an Advantage Systems roof over the metal corrugations which halted the screws from backing out, solved the lap problem, which also prevented future metal rusting. The black portion was completed May of 2018 and the Aluminum Coating was soon completed afterwards.
