As part of our orientation process for our new employees, we introduce safety training as the first module in our formalized training program. Additionally, we hold “safety tool box meetings” at the start of each job where we identify job specific safety concerns as well as “surprise” onsite safety inspections by our in house safety training supervisor. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured and have received numerous complaint-free awards from the Better Business Bureau. We’ve also adopted the Safety Standards of the National Roofing Contractors Association and we maintain a workers compensation experience modification rating well below the national average.

Our team is very adept at working in accordance with safety standards that exceed OSHA regulations, using safety flags, barriers, anchors, working off lanyards, and wearing safety harnesses, as well as employing onsite safety monitors.
